Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.
Shipping Destination
Orbis Orient currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in China.
Shipping Rates
Standard Tracked Shipping costs $8.99.
Standard shipping is free for orders of $69 USD or more after discounts and before taxes.
Estimated Delivery
Standard tracked delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after an order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, or an incomplete delivery address.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. Where applicable, charges shown and collected at checkout will be clearly identified. Any additional charges imposed by local authorities or carriers that were not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
A parcel marked as delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the building reception, and the local carrier. Please allow up to three business days for premature delivery scans to update.
